Adult Products Policy

For subscribers who joined before the 24th July 2005 this policy takes effect on the 1st August 2005. All other users are bound by this policy until is is superceeded.
Sexybay provides a forum for the sale of both adult and non-adult oriented products.
All products that are restricted from sale to minors must be listed in the adult section of the Sexybay web site (http://auction.sexybay.com.au/adult). Should the product be listed in the non-adult section of the site, the auction may be withdrawn by the administrators of the web site and a feedback penalty may be applied.
Additionally, if Sexybay deems a product with no official sale restrictions to be inappropriate for the non-adult section of the site, we will suspend the auction and contact you to negotiate the transfer of the auction to the adult section. Sexybay will also publish a description of the item of the page linked to below.
Items documented on the page linked below must only be placed in the adult section of the site. If you list an item described on the "defined adult products" page (as linked below) in the non-adult section of the site, your listing may be removed and a feedback penalty applied.
